Shipping

You are enthusiastic about a product and want to get started quickly. We would like to help you with that. If in stock, we aim to dispatch the orders – if ordered before 16:00 – on the same working day. If the products are not in stock, we use a delivery time of 7 to 14 working days. International deliveries usually take around 7 to 14 working days as well. If the delivery time deviates from this, we will inform you as soon as possible. To ensure that the shipment runs as smoothly as possible, you can always email us with your questions. If you are not able to find the right color or if you want to know the exact delivery time, please email us. We are happy to help you fulfill your wishes. 

Pickup

It is not possible to collect products from us. 

Tracking

It is possible to enable tracking for your package during checkout. For orders in The Netherlands this is enabled by default and free.

Returns

We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your work. However, it can always happen that the product does not meet your requirements. In that case, you can return the product, provided it is unused, undamaged, and unopened. The costs for this are for your account. We will ensure that your new product arrives at your home as soon as possible or we will refund your money. If an incorrect shipment has been made on our part, we will of course reimburse the shipping costs. Use the contact page to get in touch with us and we'll get it sorted as soon as possible.

PostNL

We use the service of PostNL. PostNL is a well-known mail-order company throughout the Netherlands and offers many advantages. For example, there is a PostNL counter in (almost) every town and city to collect your goods (if you are not at home) or to return your goods in a simple and fast way.
